Today I have just completed my 7 days trial and I'm feeling so satisfied that I must tell you about them.

nutrition they need daily. All their dishes are created with less salt, less oil, and no added MSG.
To suit the older generation's taste buds, their food is prepared softer in texture to make it easily
digestible, as well as precise menu planning to ensure the ingredients utilized, are suitable for
an elderly diet.

HappyMamaPapa Catering officially launches daily meal sets as low as $8.80
(inclusive of delivery) for 365 days – including Saturdays & Sundays. Founded primarily to serve
the older generation. They aim to change the stigma that healthy food is tasteless by ensuring the
taste is not compromised and to satisfy all of their customers. With different option and packages plan from 10,20 & 30days for 1-5pax option available.
As you know, an elderly diet is different from the other age groups. Intensive meal planning on ingredients
used and methods of cooking need to be strategically planned.
The meals at HappyMamaPapa Catering are planned and
cooked to the optimal texture for the elderlies to ease their digestion process. They also incorporate
significant ingredients into their customer’s daily meals, ensuring that it is rich in various
nutrients to boost vitality.
What's the added point is that all of their soups are double-boiled by submerging a ceramic pot within an outer pot of boiling
water for hours to achieve the maximum extraction of flavour with little compromise to the
flavour or texture of the ingredients used, and hence the best method to enhance the delicate
flavours of nourishing tonics for their customers. I heard that Full flavour extraction can take up to 5 hours.

HappyMamaPapa Catering offers both lunch and dinner set meals with different varieties to
ensure that customers get to enjoy different types of tastes every day.
Additional add-ons like
speciality rice (which offers 7 different types of rice in 1 week) allowing customers with the freedom of
choice to top-up and enjoy something more interesting for daily meals.
